• Free shipping on all orders- Prepaid & COD.
• Almost all orders are shipped within 1 working day.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

• Hassle-free returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery,even for items on sales.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and have tags intact.
• Return & exchange requests are to be generated from the website menu.
• Refunds:
  For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment
  source. For COD orders, the refund amount will be transferred to the
  bank account details you share.
• Refunds are transferred on the
  pick-up day itself. In rare cases, it is processed within 7 days of
  receiving shipment in the warehouse.
• Exchanges: Allowed once per item for a same or different product, size, or color.
• Defective,
  incorrect, damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of
  delivery. You must record a video of opening a package and share the
  video to support@ududot.com.
• INR 99 fee applies for
  return pickup service for both Prepaid & COD orders. This is to
  compensate the logistics partners for their pick-up services. In case
  you wish to not avail this service, you may courier the products to our
  warehouse- we’ll inspect the products within 7 days and barring the
  cases of defect/damage/incorrect items, refund full amounts.
• In
  rare cases, reverse pickup services are not available on certain
  pin-codes. In such cases, you will have to courier the products
  yourself.
• Cancellations can be done if and till
  the order has not been dispatched from our location. We will not be
  able to cancel the order once we have handed over the goods to our
  courier partners.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
